My practice has a limited number of new patient openings at this time. Prospective patients may outreach to the contact information provided above or use my contact page to submit inquiries into scheduling an appointment. My current office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays 9 AM to 5 PM and Tuesdays 9 AM to 3 PM. My practice will be closed 4/9/2026 through 4/19/2026 and will be operating on limited hours on 4/20/2026 and 4/21/2026. Messages are not monitored during scheduled practice closures. If you require an immediate response due to an urgent or emergent mental health crisis call the National Suicide and Crisis Hotline at 988, 911, or go to the nearest ER or urgent care center. Any messages received during my absence will be responded to as soon as I am able upon my return and reopening of my practice. Messages will be returned in order of clinical necessity. . |

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 17+ years of experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families of all ages. I strive to create a supportive, safe, non-judgmental environment in which to teach my clients new skills and strategies to cope with and alleviate the problems for which they are seeking therapy. I believe in the importance of working as a team with my clients. I welcome the opportunity to learn from clients what is working well and when a change to the treatment plan is needed. My clients have expressed appreciation and gratitude for this approach to the therapy process.
My practice is conveniently located in Seattle, WA near the neighborhoods of Queen Anne, Fremont, & Magnolia. I currently provide services to adolescents 16+ and adults. I provide individual therapy services at this time.
